Role: Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain and improve product or service quality.
Quality Testing: Conduct testing and inspections to identify defects, deviations, or quality issues in products, services, or processes.
Data Collection: Gather and analyze data to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues, defects, or discrepancies in order to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality test results, issues, and corrective actions taken.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency in production or service delivery.
Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Compliance: Ensure that products or services adhere to industry standards, regulations, and organizational quality policies.
Quality Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management and stakeholders, highlighting areas that need attention.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management to drive ongoing enhancements in quality and processes.
