Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to reach potential customers, leads, or existing clients to promote products, services, or conduct surveys.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing assistance as needed.
Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the products or services offered by the company to provide accurate information to callers.
Script Adherence: Follow call scripts or guidelines provided by the company, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads or prospects during calls and pass this information to the sales team for further follow-up.
Customer Support: Provide solutions to customer problems, answer questions, and assist with issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information, call outcomes, and other relevant data in the company's database or CRM system.
Sales and Upselling: Cross-sell or upsell products or services to existing customers, promoting additional value and benefits.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents with interested customers or prospects.
Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, especially when dealing with sensitive customer information or financial details.
